Hi Don,

I got the impression the iMiev was not well received generally in the US.  It 
is certainly a small car - tho by no means the smallest (think, Fiat 500) but 
it is still good for 4 fairly normal sized adults.  I test drove one here last 
year and found it perfectly capable but basic.  If one was after a 'city' car 
or one to bumble about locally in - even allowing for decent highway speeds - I 
can't fault it.  It also has the advantage of being in a much lower price 
bracket than the Leafs of this world due to its lower overall level of bells & 
whistles etc.  I don't know what they are going for in the US but we had a deal 
a while back where they were going for UKĀ£13k all-in.
