I'd like to and with retirement rapidly approaching it may come to pass. However, Tesla UK do not appear to be anywhere near ready to sell cars. I registered my interest 3 years ago and have not heard a dicky-bird from them since. The only show room in the UK (in central London) closed 2 years ago and nothing has happened about a new one either. I even emailed them suggesting a possible venue on a newly developed, very well located business park local to where I work in north London (with a huge, brand new, BMW dealer just up the road) but didn't even get a reply! So, I'm not holding my breath. They haven't even published pricing yet.
I suspect another manufacturer will get in before Tesla and take my money. In the mean time, I have started building my electric replica of an Austin Healey 3000. So, I'll be kept busy with that anyway. MW On 26 Jul 2013, at 13:51, Willie McKemie wrote: > I noticed Martin has posted some on the Teslamotorsclub forum. > > Martin, do you plan to get a Tesla? I no longer own a Leaf, though. _______________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#usub http://lists.evdl.org/listinfo.cgi/ev-evdl.org For EV drag racing discussion, please use NEDRA (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NEDRA)
