Subject: [EVDL] S.E.P.X . controller for 500V , 450Amp Motor

I have an opportunity to get in on an 18 Wheeler build.  The problem is,
the project manager has already bought the motor.  A  2600lbs Monster, a
S.E.P.X. 500V, 450 amp.. its name plate says Armature 500v, 460amps and
the
field , 300V,  6 amps.  We spun the motor over with a 12V battery, and
it
does run.  Any ideas on what I can do for a contoller for this?   Regen
if
possible.  Is there some way we could use something like the Soliton and
a
small controller for the Field?
