I think I've got it working now. I got a new DC/DC with 24vdc and 335ma output. The reset was occurring when I shifted the drive from reverse to park, but not always. I usually could get it to fail in the garage by just moving the shift lever. I left the USElectricar ev filter in place, but upgraded the capacitor to handle the higher voltage.
