I think I've got it working now.  I got a new DC/DC with 24vdc and 335ma 
output.  The reset was occurring when I shifted the drive from reverse to park, 
but not always.  I usually could get it to fail in the garage by just moving 
the shift lever.  I left the USElectricar ev filter in place, but upgraded the 
capacitor to handle the higher voltage.

One other question, does anyone happen to have an emeter temperature sensor 
they would care to part with?
