I'd be interested to know if any intellectual property is available for
sale.  Could be very handy for someone who wants to make a small business
keeping existing Vectrixes running to have access to drawings and other
design documentation.

I also wonder about their patents.  If no one buys the rights to them, and
the assignee is a company that is dissolved, does that render them
effectively invalid?

They hold a patent on a twist-grip throttle that goes two ways.  The normal
way for go, the opposite way to control the level of regen braking.  It's
so intuitively obvious I thought of it myself, then found Cedric Lynch
thought of it long before me (AND long before Vectrix!).  Yet Vectrix got a
patent and excluded everyone from doing the obvious.  Can anyone configure
an electric motorcycle throttle like that now?
