Bill, In my area you call up the largest metal recycler/car recycler and they set up an appointment. They prefer for you to have the title to the car. Several years back I received $125 when the flat-bed truck came to get my very old very tired car. Without a motor they may or may not pay less (less metal to recycle and less parts to sell used if they are in that business).
If the recycler is too far away or not interested, a local ad may produce a buyer who needs a fender and a hood and will take it all.
