A 120volt outlet is usually only rated for 15 amps.

I believe the trickle charger is limited to ~12amps at 120 volts. Thus, 
only 1400 watts or so.
They can be internally modified for 240 volt ~3 kW "euro" charging, but 
that is about it, as I understand it.
