Sorry my mistake I thought it said pounds. Still it doesn’t make a lot of sense 
because it says 29900 euros or $47000 in Germany. Germany doesn’t use dollars 
so I assumed USD. 

But if they are loosing 4700 per car it’s still more than a Tesla to build.
