I am using 20 A123 Systems ANR26650M1A. As far as I know as bullet proof as 
Lithium can get. I am looking at 20s BMS.  I am planning on 2P. 5ah 60-72v 
battery. Yes I don't need full charge. I don't see why I can't just use a 72v 
charger instead of 73. I don't need the speed or to top off.  I am happy with a 
half volt less and as far as I have heard I will get the same capacity at 3.6 
as 3.65vdc. Ergo why not be real safe and go 71.4. That theoretically will
