I joined at a time when I was planning a conversion. By the time I actually got to it, buying a used Leaf was a more practical vehicle and was comparable in cost.
I'm a former hot-rodder and car customizer, with emphasis on former, so conversion is no longer in the cards. That doesn't mean I have any plans to unsubscribe, but I'm not sure I'd actually miss it if it were to be shut down. Good luck with whatever you decide. -- Ron On July 10, 2026 11:16:50 p.m. CST, List Lackey via EV <[email protected]> wrote: >Find a couple of questions for you to please answer / discuss below. > >About a week ago I got an unwelcome surprise - notice that the EV list's >hosting service will shut down discussion lists on the 22nd of this month. > >Good news: I've found a new host that seems committed to discussion lists for >the longer term. > >More good news: It would add an integrated archive and an interactive web- >forum (BBS) to the list.
