I think this would be helpful to know also. Unfortunately, I don't have
much info as to how it happens in other places...

They ship internationally, but not cheap...we made a purchase/donation
last year and spent a fair bit just on shipping.
If Plone stuff could ship from both the US and Europe, that would help a
lot (having fulfillment happen more locally).
