Yes, our whole consortium is reporting issues, especially with AT&T and
Cricket. Our host has tried to get to the bottom of it and said:

"Yes, there is a huge issue right now with Cricket / AT&T and them wanting
to stop receiving email to SMS messages, and that's how Evergreen sends
them. AT&T has been actively trying to get their users to turn off the
"email to SMS" function on their phones, as a way to deter spam, and the
patrons may not know that this will effect SMS messages from the ILS. We
don't have a solution. Any attempts I've made to reach out to AT&T have
gone nowhere unfortunately."
