James, you misunderstood my incorrect sentence:

What I meant is really a general "we", the list, standing for
"You" and the ET discussion partners on the list. Not "me".
All the circumstances considered are in a Flatlandish mood  of thinking,
human logic, even if one wants to be "free". So, you may talk to your
girlfriend, but on this list I see "human" implications posited upon ET
discussions.
That is what I wanted to point out.
