You'll have to explain what you mean. The spike for the PETM is very thin, I can't tell exactly because the scale is too large but it looks to me as if it's around the specified 0.2 Myr. (It's the little horizontal line sticking out to the right, with an arrow pointing to it labelled PETM). On the temperature scale shown it sticks out about 4 degrees above the mean (red line) at that point.
