Not in principle. But as I read it the network was made by a self- assembly process that is random. I suppose that after you had trained one you could then analyze and map it and make a copy by some other means. But then it's not clear that wouldn't have been easier to start with known network and train it.


That is very plausible, and that is why for complex person, it is easier to do babies than adults. But more many animals, enough simple, nature reproduced through tiny adults, in one or to phases/ metamorphoses, like with insects. Spiders too makes tiny adults, with all the knowledge needed to survive. Those are persons, but psychological clone, with few ability to, learn, although some spiders are more in between, they can learn to stop trying to mate their image in a mirror, for example.
