It's written all across the Quran. Anyone can check for themselves. 
Whether they take it as divine communication or not is entirely up them. Our 
accepting or refusing it doesn't change the divine decree, law, plan and 
justice. 
However, it is our duty to inform others so those who wish might take the 
message seriously.
