I joined this list as I was interested in the Theory of Everything. I found 
Bruno's comp interesting. I didn't participate actively for quite sometime 
though. Later, when I did start participating and as discussions continued, I 
suggested that Quran is one scripture where one can also look for clues about 
creation. 
However, one conversation led to another and now any input from me is taken as 
a 'conversion to Islam' attempt. For example, this very thread on methane could 
have evolved as an academic discussion, yet it directly got connected with my 
other posts. 
I don't mind answering questions and sharing knowledge about my faith, but 
sometimes I do wish we could have some scientific discussion instead of 
shooting down anything I share or comment upon. Never mind. 
Maybe it was meant to be this way.
