In some theology you have the big unameable one, which has really no
name, and just one sentence about it is too much (oops), together with
a nameable god, which once named once, get infinitely many names, a
bit like the universal machine, which became FORTRAN, Fractran, Game-
of-life, Jones-Matiyazevich-davis-Robinson-Putnam polynomial
diophantine equation, LISP, + <add the name of any human> etc.
There is a subtlety which is close to the big blaspheme, so I hesitate
to try to explain, even if the explanation why there is no blaspheme
is simple, but I am not ready for now. It is related with the fact
that for p sigma_1 we have p <-> []p, but the direction p <- []p, that
is []p -> p belongs to G* minus G.
All worthy gods (with apologies to H. L. Mencken) who all promised
great reward for worshippers and diaboloical tortures for unbelievers.
Just the usual dictators or tyrants trick to control people.
The spiritual is the quasi opposite. Worshipping is only seen as a
flag-ornery which might make the Good (hopefully) Goddess a bit
nervous (so to speak), and the (human) tortures are for the believers,
even when believing in just 2+2=4. That is well explained in George
Orwell's 1984.
