No, Peano arithmetic (PA) displays intelligence, if you listen carefully about 
what PA says about PA’s ability to choose between saying something or string 
mute.

I have no evidence that a rock can think in any genuine way relatively to me, 
but the question "can a rock think” is ambiguous because a rock is only a map 
of our most future self-localisation in the multi dream which is emulated by 
very elementary arithmetic. There is no rocks per se, only invariant and 
changing pattern in numbers involved in long/deep computations.
