The branching (and fusing) time determined by S4Grz1, plausibly. The logic of 
[]p & p on p sigma_1.
You need open sets and the topological semantics of intuitionist or S4 modal 
theories. Closer of reflexive and transitive (partial) order.

I dislike a bit also the term “observer-moment”, which, like the term 
“information”, become(s) quite different concepts when taken in the third 
person (3p)  or the first person (1p) view/sense. In the 3p view, the “observer 
moment” is a computational state relative to (one or an infinity) of 
computation/universal machine. The 1p view by itself is not something 
describable by any machine, except by the intuitive indexical “I”
 It does not mean that it cannot be studied semantically, and mathematically, 
notably through the semantics of intutionism, and “quantum intuitionist logic” 
(for the []p & <>t & p, p sigma_1).

Brouwer (the founder of intuitionism) also relates consciousness and time. 
Bergson too, and Dogen (in Japan, in the whole Zen Soto) too.

(Something that the salvia experience put a doubt on, but I begin to figure out 
what happens, and have described it somehow in my East and West paper(*)). The 
consciousness of RA might be a highly dissociated state of consciousness not 
related to time, nor space. Subjective times and physical times would come with 
Löbianity.  With RA shit is. With PA shit happens. So to speak shortly.
