Holevo's theorem, if anything, provides evidence that the mind is
copyable, since there is a finite upper bound on the information
accessible within the brain by the brain.
Unless you think the soul is something that can mystically access
information beyond Holevo's bound.
No, a brain can't even access its own classical state (c.f.
subconsious). But if you copy a brain you will only have half the
information to define the ongoing process, so there will be a difference
in the copies initial state.
