There is no MWI axioms. MWI is just usual quantum mechanics where the collapse postulate has been thrown out. (And no need to take the word “worlds” too much seriously: it is more relative states or histories. With mechanism, they are all already emulated just in virtue of 2+2=4 & Co. So, yes, the MWI is used all the time. The collapse is used for personal consumption only, and is, in Everett-QM or in Mechanist philosophy of mind, a first person experience.
