If everything is conscious, then how do we know? We have no unconscious 
objects to compare them with. The panpsychist argument becomes an ouroboros 
that consumes itself into a vacuous condition of either true or false.  
Nothing can be demonstrated from it, so it is a scientifically worthless 
conjecture.

The best definition of consciousness is that it defines those annoying 
episodes between sleep.
