Yes, I've just started seeing it on my Fedora 33 system as well. Google search for the message (always a good thing to do) says that it's a flatpak thing. Unfortunately trying to remove 'flatpak' takes 'gnome-software' with it. :-( I don't think this is an issue with Evolution per se.
