I'm just curious, once you get your IS straightened out, what happens
on an Exchange server when something like Netsky gets loose. For
instance, does it use the GAL, or just locally stored addresses? Does
it somehow use Exchange to spread, or do the individual infected
machines make their own SMTP connections to their intended victims.
And the big question would be, how did it damage the IS?

Two Days ago we  got hit with the W32.Netsky virus, we had use the
eseutil
tool to repair the IS. Today one the users can't open there "Delete"
folder. I look in the app's event log and I got event ID 200 Source
ESE97
and event ID 1159 Source MS ExchangeIS. Want to do?
