Norton caught the virus, in the IS. i was told by PSS to excluded all the
exchange folders for Nortor ( after that it has already been infected).
There seems to be no damage to the IS, but we did use the following Action
Plan:
=========
� Stop the Information Store service.
� Open the command prompt.
� To repair the private information store,
Repair the database by running eseutil /p <Database Path> (Ex: eseutil /p
�e:\mdbdata\priv.edb�).
After repair please defrag the database by running eseutil /d <Database path> (Ex:
eseutil /d �e:\mdbdata\priv.edb�)
Please run the integrity checker by executing isinteg �fix �priv �test
alltests.
Rerun the isinteg until you see 0 errors and 0 warnings.
