We're running Antigen Spam Manager 2, and are pretty satisfied with it. The spam cure engine has an extremely low false positive rate having only blocked two messages that it shouldn't have in the last six months or so, out of around 30k blocked messages daily. It's quite inexpensive too if you're already using Antigen for virus scanning.
