Have you considered getting an external USB HDD? For many small
businesses they make a lot more sense than backing up to tape and if you
later go with a more 'robust' backup solution those drives still can
serve a number of useful functions within an organization? We use a
number of those drives for backup (taking them off site on a rotating
schedule) and if an emergency arises we can repurpose one quickly for a
task such as dumping the CEO's laptop data in order to upgrade him to
the latest shiny machine.
