Yep we use it, works well, it is a no-brainer to install and run. The only
thing we have done extra, is to have contact points for the resources that
can override and directly delete items in the resource calendar ( ie
helpdesk or a PA) if the originator is away and cannot cancel the booking.

See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm for other options,
"Meeting Planner for Outlook" I did not know existed before buying ERM and
it would be one product I would compare ERM with if buying now.

Cheers
Dean

List members -

I have an issue where users are opening a resource calendar by, opening
OLK2k3 select File, open, other user's folder - type in the conference room,
then scheduling an appointment.
This has the effect of not allowing other users to see the owner of the
calendar item. Is there a "technical" way to restrict users from performing
this operation but still allowing them book the resource thru their calendar
as a resource?

Thank You,
John Q Jr.
