What it does is handle the automatic booking of the resource and prevents
conflicts.  Meeting organizers invite the resource to the meeting rather
than directly booking the appointment.  The agent accepts if conditions are
met.

rights on (resource) mailboxes that you can't set manually. Does it add
attributes?
