I agree. I've installed and used Auto Accept Agent, and it is flaky.
Sometimes you can register a resource, sometimes not. And doing the
registration requires you to enter cryptic commands at a command prompt,
and interpret even more cryptic responses from the event sink. When it
doesn't work, sometimes even deleting the resource mailbox and adding it
back with a different name doesn't work.

But, I only have maybe a half-dozen resources to maintain at most. And,
it's free.

Ed, thanks for the tip about ERM. You can apparently get licenses in
groups of 5 for $55 each. I'll be looking into this more seriously next
time one of our Directors can't get their conference room scheduled.
(And nope, Directors don't get secretaries to do this for them - only
the Executive Director has an admin asst. We are non-profit, after all!)
