Send a message to this new mailbox or have the user log in for the first time. The mailbox will show up.

The listing of Exchange accounts that I've been referencing (To see if the account was created) is in the Exchange Systems Manager, under Servers -> First Storage Group -> Mailbox Store -> Mailboxes... The Exchange services that are running are: Information Store Management MTA Stacks Routing Engine System Attendant.. Any thoughts for suggestions?
