Do you just configure Outlook profile up to the Check Names point? Or do you actually use Outlook to open the new mailbox?

Wouldn't attempting to add the users Exchange account into Outlook, count as accessing the mailbox? At least it's the procedure I've always followed before.. I'm going to be in the office in a little bit, and then I'll send a test email to it. I'm wondering if mabye it's not something with logging into the domain.. When I logged the account into the domain for the first time, the normal login script didn't run.. Although they did have access to all of the shared folders, as if they were connected to the domain.. It also created two user profiles on the local machine, the normal username and then username.domain.local, which I've never seen before (The last one).. I'll try the email here in a bit, and see what happens..
