I see this often as a sign of an overworked, or underpowered, GC.
Actually, I find it to be an indicator of DC or GC issues far more often
than it being an issue with an Exchange Server.
YMMV

Subject: Losing Connection To Exchange

All,

I have users complaining all the time about the little bubble that pops
up in the bottom right hand corner of their Outlook. We get those things
every once in a while. What causes this besides network issues? It's
not like our network goes up and down all the time. How do you prevent
these from popping up? And is there a way to disable this within
Outlook 2003?

Thank you,

John B.
