I thought the tool only updated for this year, as the DST shift was only
a trial for this year (Which means another update for next year)?

Do you mean will next year's appointments for the period be wrong? If
you already booked those appointments yes. But I don't see how they
would be wrong if they are booked after you apply the patches.
