I just saw something I hadn't seen before.

While installing the Ex2003 System Management Tools on my reformatted
laptop, I noticed that there is an "Exchange Connector for Lotus
Notes" option. Do I need to install this option?

TIA,

Jim

You know...I hadn't thought about the Cached Mode. That's the default
mode that Outlook 2003 installs with. It's possible that our SMS guy
missed clearing that checkbox. I'll check tomorrow.

I also didn't think about the person having the individual in their
personal Contacts folder. I'll check that too.

I did clear the cache for one lady and then typed in the long address,
which it then resolved to the account in the GAL.

Thanks for the suggestions.
