We use MailMax here. Have had it up for over 2 years now and it seems to work
great. They charge by actual human user, not by the amount of email addresses
you have.
The users get an email several times a day with direct links to the emails
that have been caught which gives them direct links to release and to trust
the senders.
We can also white list senders or while domains if we wish. Your changes can
be propagated across all domains you host with them.
We use them as our incoming only. We do not send thru them.
All in all, a very nice product. Nice support people and a lot of tweaking
that can be done including allowing any given addresses to be unfiltered at
all except for viruses. These are always denied.
