Of course we have a quarantine. It's implemented with Outlook though, so
there is no additional log ins to manage and for users to forget. Users
set their own white/black lists, no admin assistance is needed. We do
set global white/black lists and update them very rarely. Other than
that it is pretty much completely hands off.

So I guess your new solution doesn't have a quarantine feature? I don't
know much about the Postini details, but do they not have the ability to
disable quarantine thus making it equivalent from that standpoint?
