Something is wrong with your Recipient Update Service. There are usually event 
log messages that tell you what is going on.

Hi
I have an Exchange 2003 SP2 server and 3 total domain controllers, with one in 
a remote office. All domain controllers 2008R2 and above.
Yesterday, I created 3 new users but they have no email addresses. I have sent 
emails to the new acccounts but they bounce.
What could be wrong?
