I first created the users then added the exchange feautures. Nothing.
Then I created other users on the Exchange box adding the users at the same
time. Still nothing.

Then I researched and read about the RUS. I restarted the Exchange box,
then clicked update now and then rebuild on the RUS in ESM. Still nothing.
I will restart the Exchange box again in 1 hour and see.
