Embarrassing fact: my brain immediately thought “oh, it’s the RUS”. But – it’s
been so long – I couldn’t remember what RUS stood for. I had to look it up.

Subject: [Exchange] Email addresses not added to new user

Hi
I have an Exchange 2003 SP2 server and 3 total domain controllers, with one in
a remote office. All domain controllers 2008R2 and above.
Yesterday, I created 3 new users but they have no email addresses. I have sent
emails to the new acccounts but they bounce.
What could be wrong?

Thanks.
