Isn't EWS also a Microsoft product? Exchange 2010 has been out for over 4 years. Outlook 2011 has almost been out almost 3 years. Am I wrong in expecting both issues (Outlook 2011 and OWA) would have been discovered and addressed in that length of time? IMHO it is a natural assumption that Microsoft isn't making this a priority. After all, why should they? They're not catching the heat from the users. It's the admins that have to explain to them why it doesn't work, and they don't like the answer.

Both Entourage and Outlook 2011 are Microsoft products. Why else would they have a product designed for a competitive operating system with limited features? The same with OWA on iP* devices.
