FTW, I have SP3 on this CAS box! After much gnashing of teeth, it came down to these three issues:
1. Needed "exchangeservermsi" from the SP2 media 2. Needed 21d3f0f.msp, 21d3ed9.msp, 11e6de9d.msp 202d890a.msp (KB2756485, KB2785908, KB2746164, KB290390) in C:\Windows\installer folder 3. Needed asdat.msi from SP2 media W00t! Time for a CAS array...
