That's why you're not having a problem.

This is only an issue on E2K boxes. I never had an issue on 5.5 either.
The problem is the default global setting in E2K is to send all traffic
as both HTML and plaintext. For whatever reason, the listserve
interprets that type of message as containing an attachment, and kicks
it back.
