My 2 DC's are DHCP and DNS (integretad with AD )
For the GC, I think i can have 2 GC'S ? If i follow MS White Paper I
should be able to make my 2nd DC a GC ?
So you think that if the 2nd server I reinstalled was the GC (I mean
when that server died, it was probably the only GC ) that the GC role
was recreated by itself ?

All should now be ok, but my recommendation would be to put in place
another DC\GC, and move FSMO roles as per MS whitepapers. Also make sure
you have another AD integrated DNS server on one of your other DC's.
