You can make as many of your DCs into GCs as you want. Your Infrastructure
Master should not be a Global Catalog, though.

All should now be ok, but my recommendation would be to put in place
another DC\GC, and move FSMO roles as per MS whitepapers. Also make sure
you have another AD integrated DNS server on one of your other DC's.
