Answer the phone?  Why would they do that?  Try e-mailing them via their
website like I did 2 weeks ago... NO RESPONSE!  Too bad someone else made
the decision to buy InoculateIT here.  I'd love to change, their Exchange
option is a joke, nothing but problems with it.. stops allowing me to log
into the e-mail server all the time.  Their solution?  Try re-installing the
product... when I told them I already did that TWICE, they said "try
re-installing the product"... WTF?

CA contacted me, concerned about posts I've made regarding their products.
In the past it has not been their policy to participate in these forums
because vendors aren't always treated very well.  They are reconsidering
this policy.
