Answer the phone? Why would they do that? Try e-mailing them via their website like I did 2 weeks ago... NO RESPONSE! Too bad someone else made the decision to buy InoculateIT here. I'd love to change, their Exchange option is a joke, nothing but problems with it.. stops allowing me to log into the e-mail server all the time. Their solution? Try re-installing the product... when I told them I already did that TWICE, they said "try re-installing the product"... WTF?
