I've seen this happen on some of the other lists I'm on. Thank heaven for procmail and mutt. :)
It seems only the HTML replies from Outlook 2xxx users on Exchange 2k that have this happening. Perhaps the IMC isn't converting something? I don't have a 2k box to track it down on. But it doesn't appear to be the Linux boxes running Major-Domo CGI or Lyris that are the cause, just a common link.
