You could setup a Custom Recipient in Exchange. Now for the caveat. This is a sure fire way to create a mail loop and crash your Exch box. I would HIGHLY advise against this. If he wants to read his mail from home or whatever, have him use OWA. There may also be company issues with this, as now proprietary info is leaving the company.
