Welcome Robert. Please look through the archives and read the FAQ (links
are at the bottom of every email from the list. There is a pile of
information in there.

To answer your question, you could create a custom recipient and forward
to that address. However, this is a bad idea. (eg. Mail loops, company
data no being kept of company servers, etc.).

Why don't you setup OWA or a VPN for this purpose?

account, cause under delivery options I can only select other exchange
